This team sets the pace of the conference. A warm smile and friendly “Hello!” will cheer the attendees as they step through the doors. You will be responsible for manning handheld scanners and scanning the tickets of the attendees. We will scan in tickets on Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Responsibilities: Pray over the venue on Friday evening and collect attendance cards at the end of the Friday night. Meet attendees as they come forward during the Altar Call on Saturday. Must be comfortable counseling, sharing God's Word, and praying with attendees. Encouragers will also assist with Compassion International packet pass on Saturday morning. This position is for men only. (Must be 21 or older)

IF YOU PLAN TO BRING ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEERS PLEASE USE THEIR NAME WHEN YOU REGISTER.* Responsibilities: Assisting guests to their workshops on Saturday morning starting at 7AM and again Saturday afternoon starting at 12:30PM. A general knowledge of the Liberty University campus would be beneficial, but not necessary. Way finders will also assist with the Offering on Saturday afternoon.

Ushers will assist with the Offering on Saturday afternoon.

Detailed instructions will be given by the booth manager, sponsor, speaker, artist or organization representative as to the merchandise, prices, method of payment received, etc. The highest traffic will be during breaks, before/after the conference and during lunch. Therefore, plan on being at your designated booth during those times. At least one volunteer needs to be present at the product booth at all times unless otherwise directed by booth manager. Typically, volunteers rotate during speaker sessions and concerts. **Please note – A speaker or artist booth will typically experience higher volume following that speaker or artist’s performance.

Flexible individual wanted. Often we may have cancellations due to family emergencies, etc or additional needs for volunteers. This position requires flexibility to fill into a position onsite.
Team Leader - Ushers SOLD OUT
This leader will oversee the box lunch distribution on Saturday. As well as assist with the offering on Friday eventing.
